Pine Tree Injections Don’t Always Work
4 October 2016
People, whose pine trees are under threat of attack by bark beetles, are sometimes under the assumption that injections are the way to go, almost magically effective. We have seen a number of failures, performed by other companies, that makes it clear that spending thousands of dollars to inject your pines is far from a certain solution.
These pines, in Tuolumne County, were injected with emamectin benzoate, at a very high price, by a competitor: all the trees died. So what can you do with dead pine trees? Here was their solution.
